Supporting and providing hope for men desiring to live a life of integrity is a passion of mine. It became a passion after starting down a road that led me to desiring the same integrity I want to help men live with as well. We all need safe places to talk, to have a sounding board without judgement, and to connect with someone who gets it. Life is not easy, and when we struggle to go it alone, behaviour choices that are often destructive come next. I learned a long time ago that I couldn’t be myself, share myself, and in doing so denied those most important in my life, myself. Changing that has meant a world of difference.

Disconnected living would be an easy way to describe how I lived my life prior to starting on the path I’m on now, and have been on for over ten years. I learned how to manage life in healthy ways, that sharing what was going on wasn’t going to push people away, that I could lean on other men to hear me out and understand what I was going through. I’ve learned that while the details of people’s story might be different, the underlying themes are usually the same. I discovered I wasn’t alone in how I thought or operated. I’ve been trained and certified through the World Coaching Institute, being certified both as a Professional Coach (CPC) as well as Master Addiction Recovery Coach (M-CAC).
